I paid for a phone but nothing came and no help is giving.

I bought a phone over r3000 on 24th Nov fruugo excepted delivery date was 14dec but I did not get my order and everytime I raise a query with fruugo help center they say that south africa is slow I contacted my local post office they did not get my item giving them my tracking number was no help.
