I have not recieved my order from 17 April till to-date.

I Made an order on 17 April 2022 and the I received the confirmation of shipment I did follow it up the estimation date was 6 May. 2022. the 6 May 2022 came and pass I lodge a quiere but their response was not satisfying I track my parcel every day but it has not arrived yet. last week 3 June 2022 I wrote an email and report that I have not received the parcel that I have ordered they email back and told me that my address got scratched out and I resend my shipping address and they charged me R33 for delivery so I am still waiting I have not received any phone call. overall their service is bad if they **** people's money I think this company should be banned to sell in South Africa. they don't have good client service no transparency at all you have to quire first before you can get assistance regarding your order.
