havent received order and unable to contact Fruugo

Good day

I placed an order online on https://www.fruugo.co.za/ with retailer ShangHaiYiTingMaoYiYouXianGongSi . I placed my order on 2nd September 2023. according to the status on the site, delivery was done. on the order tracking, it is stil out for delivery since 26 October 2023. Through the website i tried to raise enquiry but it always has the following error: "We're sorry but an unexpected error occurred. Please try again later." I even tried to call Fruugo offices in London but the voice system directs you to communicate via there website. I gave up receiving my order and will never purchase via Fruugo again.
