Fruugo's misleading adverti*****ts

I ordered a 1000-litre chemical container with a small valve and fitting included from Fruugo. My order was sent to a company in China. They sent me only the small plastic valve and fitting and nothing more. At a cost of R767.49 plus R167 import duty. If that is not absolutely ******** then I have no idea why Fruugo can put an adverti*****t with all that lies on their post/page. The public should be warned of these misleading adverti*****ts.
