Fruugo...Please don't even consider buying from them. Spend a bit more and actually GET your purchase

Placed an order on 22/6/2023 which tracked to SA where it arrived 1/7/2023. It appears to have cleared customs on the 20/7/2023. The status eventually changed to "Out for delivery" on the 3rd of August. It's now the 24th of August and no delivery or any kind of notification. Any query that I send end up with the supplier who has to comment on the delivery. It looks to me like Fruugo is happy to take your money and then wash their hands of any involvement. Absolutely shocking. I only rated them 1 star as "no stars" and "negative stars" were not an option. Thanks goodness it was a low cost order on purpose just to check them out.
