Fruugo.co.za - Avoid them - there are better options!

I ordered a replacement battery for a DJI Mini 4K drone from the fruugo.co.za site, thinking that it will be supp**** out of a local facility. To my horror, I found it was being shipped by a retailer in China. The last date that the package should have been received was 4th April, and when that came and went, I used the enquiry feature on their website. After receiving a reply that the retailer would be contacted to follow up, and a long wait, I went back onto the website to see if there was a follow up on my enquiry. There was a reply from the retailer (no email notification was received to indicate that a response had been posted!) with the single work "refund".... no indication as to how it would be paid, and no indication of when. Following no further communication, I sent a second enquiry, which ended up yielding the exact same result. As I stand right now, I know that I am due to receive a refund, because I have NOT received the product. I have no idea, when, how, or even IF I'll get the refund. Its R1,200, so its no small amount by any means.

I do NOT recommend these guys AT ALL, and I WILL NOT be using them again. There are far better options out there!
