I ordered three Willow Tree ornaments on 19 December and delivery was promised by Fruugo. I believe this is an absolute **** and have gone so far as to contact the registered UK supplier of the products (Enesco) My enquiries are always responded to by 'Laura' who says she can 'see' the products are on their way and I am welcome to return them for a refund!!!!!! Please do not support this **** company. I am furious.....
