fruugo WORST ONLINE Experience

Fruugo the worst on line ever. No way to contact re an overcharge! Purchased an item was followed through, but charged almost double for item. Thought I was purchasing from fruugo SA, and then discovered ex China. I have since learnt of 2 other persons that the were "caught out" exactly the same. To date no response at all. System very cleverly keeps you running around in circles! I am disappointed to see that there are many other of their clients with exact same problems..
