Fruugo what a huge dissapointment

I placed my order in December 2022 and the last update i saw was on the 4th of January 2023 however it is past 30 days already and i dont receive any response emails updates what so ever regarding my parcel it was suppose to be a chrismas present for my son but it turned out to be the biggest dissapointment they are quick to take your money and not delivering the parcel i wish they had a proper customer care line with people that can actually help you with your problem i wish i had known before i wasted my money i just want to get a full refund and close the book
