Fruugo was a disaster. Run as far as you can - away from them

Bought a blazer and made payment , them an amount for freight appeared . I paid the too. Two days later they asked for my ID which was strange because it wasnt asked for during the payment process. Nevertheless I could not send my ID as the place they said I should type it in would not accept any typing. I then tried to email them but all emails came back . I the tried registering but this was also either blocked or nog working. This leads me to believe its a **** operation of just very inept.
