Fruugo the worst provider ever!!!!

Fruugo is the worst provider I ever come a cross. I order a electronic remote car for my boy on the 6the of Dec. Delivery date was estimated between 14 Dec and 27 Dec. Today is the 18th of Jan and I am still waiting for delivery. No one can give me feedback regarding my package or tell me were it is. They are so unprofessional. I requested refund on numerous occations with no luck or feedback. Never ever use them!!!!
