FRUUGO - Takes your money and ships NOTHING, i enquire and they don't reply

I bought a replacement battery from FRUUGO and now all i see on the tracking is:

Shipping Tracking no: SYCN***

and all i see on the tracking is: Oct 11, 2025 1:50 PM Exception Package Return, Reason: Security Check Issue Sunyou Post

I raised an enquiry wirh FRUUGO 3x times already and am still waiting for their reply
