Fruugo sucks!

Fruugo has got to have the worst service I have ever come across! It all started when I tried to buy 1 battery on Fruugo but as I did the payment it came up as 2 batteries purchased at double the amount. I immediately cancelled the order only to get an acknowledgement saying I was being reimbursed for one battery. Now I'm out of pocket R328 for a R129 item and I don't even have one battery. It is an absolute mess and I would never recommend Fruugo! They suck!
