FRUUGO *****STERS

I ordered and paid for sandels. It was supposed to be delivered on the 17th of October 2023. I haven't received it yet. According to the tracking details I got from them, the sandels arrived at a South African airport, but it doesn't state which airport. This was already on the 15th of October 2023. I received an email from a certain Ellie from FRUUGO on the 25th of October stating that she would look into the matter, but that is how far it went. I sent her an email 2 days ago asking her if she was able to find out anything, but she hasn't rep**** yet. Their help and support also doesn't work and there are no contact details futher.
