Fruugo *****ing your money

Good day.

I have purchased a product from the fruugo site on the 6th of Dec 2020. I have till today 10th of March not reserved the item I paid for with its postage and packaging. I have contacted them numerous times and have no joy with them. I will never recommend Fruugo to anyone. They are quick to take your money but lower the death producing on the delivery date that was between 23Dec and 31Dec 2020.
