Fruugo South Africa Product Ordered not Delivered 27days later

Order placed on the 29th of October still not delivered today. The option to query the order is redundant as it only gives you options to select the type of tracking issue you got and zero results. There isn’t even a customs service email address to you. I’ve been wondering if I have been ****med or what?🤔🤔
