Fruugo - second time unlucky and unhappy.. NEVER AGAIN

I should have learnt my lesson when I ordered the first time but to please my little girl I ordered again from Fruugo and surprise surprise I am having the same problem. The order was meant to have been delivered to my door 29sep22 - a week later and I can not get a decent answer to where my parcel actually is. So I escalated my query to the Retailer thinking that this would help me track the parcel or at least put pressure on getting an answer - but no the RETAILER ASKS ME TO CONTACT THE POST OFFICE! I mean I am appalled at the lack of service. People please - twice burnt here - FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER!
