FRUUGO SCREAMS ****!!!!!!

I ordered a hair product over a year ago, paid in full and HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! On their site, if I select contact Fruugo re existing order they are unable to direct you! **** OR NOT? THIS SITE SCREAMS ****!!!!!
