I've ordered magnetic case for A P30 lite phone (Huawei). I received my confirmation letter with a ref number and that if the parcel has not being here by 25 November I can contact them. 25 November comes and go, now I try to get hold of them and all the e-mails was sent back. The link to track my order also does not exist. Heartbroken, it was suppose to be a surprise for my husband.
