Fruugo - ****!

We ordered a bird cage from Fruugo in November 2021 paid for it and have never received it. They eventually responded in January 2022 after numerous attempts of trying to contact them, to say that the cage is at customs but no other information. No contact details, no tracking number. Since then no further communication. An absolute **** - they have in effect ****** money from us.
