Fruugo SA stay away please

Please stay away from Fruugo if based in South Africa. I placed a R3,000 order for a new kitchen tap. Delivery address has been ignored and they have simply delivered the product to the South African post office (which is currently under business rescue). Fruugo have simply made this my problem and asked me to contact the post office, which you can imagine is near impossible. Fruugo have not been helpful at all, don’t know what to do? What a tremendous waste of money…the product should be delivered to my front door….**** service delivery
