Fruugo Ripoff!

Placed and order and cancelled same day. I received e-mail confirming cancellation and that I would be credited within 48 hours. That was on 4th November 2022. No funds received and numerous queries sent in on their web page which go unanswered. Cant believe that they are permitted to remain in business.
