Fruugo - probably the worst ,EVER!

I am not one to complain about small issues but this is NO small issue!

The service i have received from Fruugo has been DISGUSTING! A elderly neighbor needed something online which I offered to purchase for them as they are not to tech savvy. I placed my order and payment in September and i still haven't received my purchase!

Every time you message them they make an excuse and now I'm getting the same automated response!

Fruugo, I want my money BACK!
