Fruugo - Please Communicate With Me

Terrible.

Was advised I would receive my parcel on 29 Dec 2023 (ordered 28 Nov 2023) - no feedback / no tracking / no communication.

I have spent alot of money and now worrying that I have thrown that money away - hope to hear from Fruugo as to when this will actually arrive.
