Fruugo order ***3 Ordered on 12/12/2022 Tried just about everything to ascertain whereabouts of the order. They use SA Post Offices for delivery which is terribly unreliable. Correspondence with them is an absolute joke! E-mails undelivered. There’s no usable telephone option for South Africa. The ombudsman should be investigating them. I fear that they are ********s and should be hounded out of business. A child was disappointed because of no receipt of a Christmas gift. SHAME ON YOU FRUUGO!!😡 As a South African this company should be avoided at all costs!
