Fruugo or ***** go?

I have ordered and paid for a battery on 10 Jan.2024. Delivery was promised between 22 Jan and 26 Jan 2024. The tracking number they give me does not work. There has been NO communication to me the client. There are NO contact details! What do I do now? Was that monies thrown in the water? How and why do they get away with such theft?
