Fruugo online shopping website- failure to deliver - No customer support

I have purchased 2 items on May 29th as birthday present for the 22nd of June. The promise was that they will be delivered by June 14th. To date i have not received them and whenever I check the tracking number or the tracking link they shared, I get the same feedback : "Your item has left the overseas International Logistics Centre and is on its way. More information will be available as it travels through the network" this has been the case for over 10 days now. There s no way to contact their customer service, the number that i found on the net is out of order. Are they a ***** website?
