FRUUGO - online shopping

Con-artists - ordered tablets in November 21, nothing to say they not in SA. Parcel supposed to be delivered 11 Nov. Still nothing. They claim they tried to deliver 1 December, nobody was available to take delivery. We are a business, there would absolutely have been someone at reception. The story changes every time i query it. Now they say they don't deliver outside of UK. Blatant theft!
