Fruugo online purchase was after 5 months still not received. This company is a ****. Please advice

Please do not order any thing from Fruugo. We ordered a microwave light about 5 months ago. We got a tracking number and a so called report on where the parcel was. Somewhere in China although the website gives you the idea that you buy it from Fruugo South Africa. From there onwards ..... nothing. I don't know where to contact them
