Fruugo Online - Beware!

I recently purchased an item through Fruugo. The item arrived intact but came with operational instructions in a foreign language—Japanese or something similar. There were no English instructions included. This is a technical item, and operational instructions are essential.

I reached out to Fruugo, but their response was brief, stating that it is the retailer who ships the product and that Fruugo cannot answer specific product-related queries as they rely on information provided by their retail partners. There was no effort to assist me in contacting the retailer to request the correct instructions.

I searched Sansui's website for the product but could not find any relevant information. This leaves the recorder useless to me for now.
