Fruugo one big ****ming network

We have paid for Isuzu back lights, in July 2026,now they say it has been returned, nobody contacted us by email or phone calls to say the courier or the courier has not once called and said they are at the gate, there is always people on the property. So Fruugo is one big ****ming network, how do we get the money back. They have no evidence that anyone was at the property address where it had to be delivered.
