FRUUGO On-line

I purchased an item on-line but due to some technicalities the product I ordered could not be imported into SA. I was informed by Fruugo that I would get a refund within a few days. It has now been 3 months and still nothing. I have sent numerous e-mails but all get returned. Has anyone had any success with this Company?
