Fruugo - non delivery

How can they ask me about my experience when they haven’t even delivered the goods ordered. When I queried this the stated that I had to get in touch with customs to see if there any issues. Sorry when I order something I expect it to be delivered to me not just taken to the country and felt that was good enough.
