Fruugo - No delivery

I've ordered an item from Fruugo on the 29th of June 2022 . Today 14 September 2022 I still did not receive my item . The feedback received everytime I follow up with them is that I need to be patient and that the parcel is on its way . Ive ordered from numerous companies abroad after placing my order with Fruugo and all their parcels was delivered already . Will definitely never order anything on this platform again . I've requested a refund but got no reply on my request .
