Fruugo, No customer Service

I ordered a ring 3 August 2020. Until niw i have received nothing yet. I send numerous emails but they keep referring me to Globe Logistics. I made a request to have regular updates on where the package is. However the last update i received was the 8 October. Im am very disappointed as Fruugo now has posted the package and does not even follow up on behalf of the client
