Fruugo misleading information

I ordered an Item with Fruugo in Switzerland the website told me the items are in stock and quotes a delivery time of 3 to 5 day. I then get a dispatch notice and an estimated delivery of 14 to 28 days not pleased at all as the item is for a specific project with time constraints. The website help structure is impossible to navigate and to find out relevent information. The cancel orderpolicy states that cancelations may not be possible . so now I have a dilema press cancel and loose my money or wait up to 6 weeks for delivery of an item that I now have to find an alternative for. This is definitely a website I would avoid and certainly will never order anything else
