Fruugo is the worst

How do u take down this company. They should not be allowed to advertise or be operational. Ordered something in Nov it's the 23rd of Dec and nothing. It shows my parcel is at the facility in SA. There's no contact details or anything. How do I get my money back? It's the worst company ever.... There must be legal ways to close them down
