Fruugo is not to be trusted appalling service

I ordered 4 small room label's and paid Fruugo 1 month ago, i have still not received my order!!! i keep getting messages saying that the international post is slow, that South African Post office is slow, this is totally untrue because i have checked with the post office using the tracking number provided by fruggo and the parcel is definitely not in the country i am befgiining to think that its a **** and will talk to my credit card company BUYERS BEWARE this is not an hounsable company
