Fruugo is not to be trusted

Do not order anything on Fruugo. They take your money immediately and then don’t provide any support when the order does not arrive. They ignore requests for a refund or assistance with tracking. The tracking reference does not tell you which courier to use so it is useless. They have some ridiculous policy that if you email them more than once without receiving feedback your request is moved to the bottom of the queue. So essentially every time you follow up you have less of a chance to get any feedback. This company should not be allowed to operate.
