FRUUGO IS NOT A ****

I DONT KNOW WHY PEOPLE ARE SO ****ING ANGRY OVER FRUUGO in my experience I ordered a kanken backpack for R1300 + Express shipping of R500 4days ago it shipped the same day and plus import fees were R700 from the UK. but here my backpack is 4days later . I see some of y'all are complaining about the shipping costs and most of them are the *******y I'm sorry but I didn't have that experience sis
