fruugo is bad news.

I ordered a fourpack ultrasonic bat repellers on 19 sept. 2023. The advertised price was R259. They deducted from my bank account R450 and the latest delivery date was set at 10 october 2023. Needless to say, when the delivery date passed, i couldnt get hold of anybody at fruugo because of errors accuring. But in the meantime they sent me an emali to be rest assured that i will receive my parcel. But when i want to track my parcel they always send the same tracking advice that they sent me the last time i heard from them. That was on 28 sept.2023. They say my parcel is in transit.
