fruugo is a terrible provider

Terrible. Ordered 20 November 2023. Received tracking nr but still did not receive order. Website enquiry and complaints does not work on website - no feedback / no communication. I have spent a lot of money and worrying that I have thrown that money away - hope to hear from Fruugo as to when this will actually arrive.
