Fruugo is a terrible online store

This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. FRUUGO is a terrible online market place. My order is late according to the delivery date they shared with me and there is no way of contacting them to get an update. The "help centre" link they have is terrible it provides absolute no reason/ update for why I have not yet recieved my order.

I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM FRUUGO AGAIN
