Fruugo is a **** site and orders are never delivered

I ordered some fun eye glasses off of Fruugo in early August this year (2023.) The expected delivery date was the 30th August. It is now November 20th and the delivery never arrived. When I try track my order, it just says its in transit. When I go to the courier side to track my order, it says Delivery expired. I am not able to lodge a complaint on the Fruugo site nor am I able to contact the seller to see what is going on. There is no after purchase service and I doubt I will ever get a refund as they don't allow for this. I cant even speak to a human being and there is no additional info on how to resolve this - They just put you in a loop of endless frustration. STAY AWAY from Fruugo as it is a **** site.
