FRUUGO IS A ****!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FRUUGO!!!!!!!!!!!!! **********!!!!!!

I ordered and paid something from fruugo on 2023-01-11. I received a tracking number, but when I track my order, it does not give me much information. After a long time not seeing any updates, I sent an email to fruugo and they responded to me saying that SA post office is slow. When I tried to track my package on SA POST OFFICE site, I saw that the tracking number is delivered at the post office in NORTH RIDING. First of all, I am not even staying close to wherever that is and second of all that was not my delivery instructions, BUT when I phoned the post office, THAT TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT EVEN BELONG TO ME. Someone else already collected that parcel. When I sent an email to FRUUGO AGAIN to say that the tracking number given to me does not belong to me; this is their response:
