Fruugo is a ****!

I ordered and paid for cellphone covers on the 7th of August 2020, they are still not here. They claimed deliveries were slow due to the post and that they can't track my order back in October, it's now 2021. I checked on the order today on my account on their website and they say the order is closed. They clearly have no intention of delivering my order to me. Their support is also lie after lie.
