Fruugo is a ****

I would just like to say that if you are thinking of placing an order with Fruugo online please don't they have beautiful items and they are very inviting payment is easy but there is no way of contacting them the tracking delivery system is a joke and when you try and email them all they reply with is your order is on its way please wait, I lost R400 with an order I placed last year, August, I have written to them numerous time for a refund but no response, Wish is a better platform then Fruugo. Please do your research on this **** before burning money on order u pray will arrive that never do and then there's the frustration of not being able to speak to someone and there is no way to get any joy, it's a black hole.
