Fruugo is a non-exsistant company
Fruugo is not deserving of even one star. The company does not exist. Don’t waste your money. They say contact customer services but there is no number or email address for Fruugo customer services. I’ve cut my loses.

24 Jan 2019, 10:24My bad! It arrived 5 months later. I believe it was the SA Postal Services fault. Still, it would be nice to have a decent communication system between Fruugo and it’s customers. I still won’t use Fruugo again.
