FRUUGO is a **** do not get caught as I was

I ordered an electronic component on 1 September 2023 order number ***. The Fruugo company appears prominently in any search for equipment like this, and I placed my order thinking I was dealing with a local company. Much to my surprise I received a very suspicious tracking number from Shenzen from a courier I have never heard of before, but it appeared to be a legit tracking number for Shunbang couriers. This item should have been received weeks ago and has not been delivered, I have received notification that is is ready for collection, and presumably that would be from the local post office, the post office has no record of the consignment or its tracking number and the number is not compatible with their system or consistent with their tracking number format. The Fruugo company on their website provides a customer service front which it is impossible to either message or contact and lodging a complaint attached to my order is not possible. Lodging a general complaint several times has not provided a reply. FRUUGO is clearly a **** please do not be duped into buying from them as I was.
