Fruugo is a **** company

I ordered an item from them being informed it is a South African company. Only after making payment they inform you that the package comes from China. They gave me a delivery date of 11 September 2023. To date I received nothing!! I have enquired on various occasions ang got no responce. their website does not work when you click on the "where is my package link". i sent them e mails but has not had 1 reply.
